Just wait until they (finally) get antimatter drives sorted !!! :-)

Containment, and how to deal with the various neutral particles are mere
engineering details that may take a few centuries to iron out. Ideal Mr is
about e & you just adjust the antimatter fraction to suit mission
requirements and top up with, typically,  water. You can even do double
orbital reversals and multiple arbitrarily large plane changes if you must.
And probably a powered descent from orbit, if you can find a large enough
desert to land in :-)
