I'd recommend doing this remotely, if you were considering otherwise. Its not as bad as 500 psi+, but you have a large volume.

We are halfway expecting the entire cabin to take off...
The aluminum cabin is going to be directly bonded to the tank with huge fillets of glass filled epoxy, then we are going to wrap some glass cloth over the joint. We are still concerned about the 60,000+ pounds of force that will be on it.
