This is something I've been wondering about: How readily available is stabilized HTP? I know John Carmack has run into problems with FMC playing silly buggers about rocket grade. Does this extend to stabilized HTP?
The highest concentration in general commercial availability is 70%. When you're bleaching paper, treating sewage, or cleaning circuit boards, you don't really care if there's some water in your bleach.
