That's probably Elliot Ring, "Rocket propellant and pressurization systems", which does indeed have a "Slosh" chapter.
Knowing this won't help you. :-) Unless you've got a good library handy, that is. It's yet another early-60s book, and this one is *seriously* scarce. A knowledgeable used-book dealer will want $200+ for it.
(After years of looking, I saw a copy at a mere $80. I ordered it instantly. Mine, mine, all mine! :-))
All:
I'm a lurker on the ERPS list (lots of interest, but not enough time.) With a little work it might be possible to track Elliot Ring down and (if he is still alive) get permission to digitize the book and put it out on the web. Technically, the publisher needs to be involved in the process, but all too frequently the publisher is long gone with no way to contect them.
That is what we did to get "How to Design, Build, and Test Small Liquid Fuel Rocket Engines" by Leroy Krzycki.
<http://gramlich.net/projects/rocket/book.html>
Daniel Risacher found Leroy on the net, asked for permission, and it was granted.
(For that matter, if you need a photocopy of Ring's slosh chapter badly, let me know.)
If somebody feels like tracking down Elliot Ring and getting permission, I'll volunteer to photocopy somebody's copy and put it online.
Just a thought,
-Wayne
