ERPS is not an organization in the sense of having an org chart,
compartmented teams, cubicles, sexual harassment policy, suggestion
box, clueless management, etc. It's more like a regular pickup
softball game. There's a team captain, that's Dave M. But there's no
more organization than is needed to get the job done.
I'm a little curious myself how the two projects are going: seems like
GC ought to fly first, and many times, before the FCS is put on POGO
and expensive peroxide is consumed. But screw it. If POGO is ready
first, tie it down and fly it. If y'all think you can free fly it, go
for it. I'd still use GC for tuning; it's cheaper and faster. But no
reason set in stone you can't fly POGO first if it's ready. My
suggestions from 400 miles away and out of the loop; take them for
what they're worth.
