Adrian reported that the Mars Society is interested in our F.A.S.T.

it with inspiring HR36 (?) -- the Space Exploration Act of 2003.

PUBLIC AFFAIRS
--------------
Michael Wallis

Michael announced two upcoming conferences: the Space Frontier Conference,
October 10-12 in Los Angeles, and the AIAA Space Conference in Long Beach.

TREASURER
---------
Rick Eversole

We have money. Rick reported the results of an executive board meeting:
The budgets for peroxide purchase and for sparger/FF development have been
merged, and $2,000 has been reallocated from that budget to POGO.

There was much discussion of whether and why Paypal might freeze an
account. As a result of this, it was decided to transfer $250 from our
Paypal account to checking, thus minimizing our exposure.
