It's not a fancy animation :-) I've telephoned today and asked one of the staff, Mr. Kobayashi, at the Noshiro Testing Center (NTC). He told me that the video was recorded from the top of the Vertical Firing Test Stand about 25 meters high (about 81 feet high) with an unmaned camera, and the distance from the rocket to the camera was about 100 meters (about 327 feet). He also told me the sound also was recorded with the camere. The countdown voice came through a loud outside speaker at the NTC, and was recorded at the same time.
