Note that "aluminas" is plural; it's referring to various particle sizes,
surface preparations, etc. of alumina.
The description is rather unspecific, to put it mildly. It sounds like
they're talking about using alumina in a continuous-flow system, not a
batch process, to extract water from peroxide. But they very definitely
assume that anyone who needs to know more is already familiar with the
process in question...
