My understanding is that under GOX or LOX flow within piping, anything 
organic
will instantly combust, which will cause *any* metal plumbing next to it to 
also
burn, which will instantly rupture the piping and cause a bad day.   We have 
not
yet attempted any use of LOX or GOX, although it's a clear favorite in terms 
of
performance and cost, if you're willing to deal with cryogenic oxidizers.
