DOCUMENTATION
-------------
Chris Winter
Chris reported the following progress:
WEBSITE: Additional pages have been uploaded: The existing 10 videos of
launch and test activities, and their linking page. Minor formatting
corrections have been made.
CD-ROM: Although organization of the CD-ROM is still under way, and some
files will have to be dropped because of copyright issues, the effort is
still on track to be complete in time for distribution at SA' 04.

April 23rd is the date when the FAA's 180-day period to say yea or nay on
XCOR's launch permit closes.
There is a new bulletin from Henry Vanderbilt on-line, giving final
details for Space Access '04 and the hotel.
Due to a sudden gust of work pressure, Michael will not make it to SA '04.
The COMSTAC meeting will take place in Washington in late May.
Michael will continue working with the staff of Baycon RE: an ERPS talk.
Gerry is handling the details of the party room.

PROPELLANTS/SPARGER/FF
----------------------
Pierce Nichols
Two weekends ago, 5 gallons of 58% peroxide were sparged up to 84%
concentration. The new condensor works fine if continuously fed cold water.
Pierce proposes to fit a heat exchanger box around the existing filter.
This will warm incoming air and should improve energy efficiency, thereby
saving us big bucks.
It seems likely that every ERPS member who works at the Ranch will have to
sign a release from liability. Pierce recommended that we draw up a draft
and then pass it by a lawyer for "imprimatur and nihil obstat" (my terms).
There will be a Ranch trip Sumday.
