Gentlefolk, As some of you are aware, I volunteered to secure a party room to be used one night eacy for CONTACT, ERPS, and the Heinlein Society at BayCon (28-31 May 04) I've received confirmation that we do, indeed, have a room for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday night; it will be room #257. Because time is getting a bit short, I would like to propose the following schedule: Friday night: Heinlein Society Saturday night: CONTACT: Cultures of the Imagination Sunday night: ERPS If this doesn't work for one you, please let me know in the next couple of days. Otherwise, these are the dates that will go into the BayCon Party listings people.
CONTACT has enough hardware (candy dishes, serving plates, etc.) to handle the entire weekend for all the organizations. We need someone from each organization to volunteer to arrange expendable supplies, publicity materials, and host their Party for their night. I can bring the hardware, but I have a heavy schedule at BayCon and will not have time to do this for you.
