AMSAT has the satellites and they work with the ARRL for band plans. I will forward this info to some of my ham lists, the right people will probably see it. Some EME (Earth Moon Earth) people would probably be interested in the gain.

Five 60 foot dishes is a lot of antenna. Privately owned Deep Space Network, anyone?

Less improbably, I hope ARRL is involved in this somehow. They already have satellites on orbit. And they're working on a Mars probe, aren't they?
