I'd prefer to stick with the 8" (7.67" actual) OD, as that will be expensive
enough. My plans were to make a 2.2K# thrust standard engine, then try
a similar performace aerospike and compare data. Goal was high speed (Mach
2+) and high altitudes. Until someone finds money for construction and HTP,
and ongoing expenses, planning beyond this is silly. After that, 8" HTP/kero
biprop.

We still have instabilities that have not been identified. We still
will want something to do base bi-prop flight tests with. If not the
immediate next vehicle (cause I have no idea what shape POGO
development is in at present) it seems a 12" diameter KISS type
vehicle would have it's uses.
