money at the problem" I would have bloody well done _that_ already! 

We need to address the facilities/human-resources issue in order 
to make better progress. It seems like I'm the only one left who 
is actively interested in going out to the ranch specifically for 
ERPS purposes: I don't see anyone standing up and offering to come 
out and help build facilities, and there's only so much I can do 
alone.
