Why allow global scope to leak into a new module?
That would require a tedious preamble for pretty much any bit of code you
want to write.
We agree, that's why we haven't tried to do this.
You could have a standard preamble, implicitly included, with
an option to override. That way, everything comes from a module,
you don't have to import from the standard modules explicitly, and
you could still override the standard imports if necessary.
