Hi Eric,
I will try to reproduce this on Windows, till then can you copy this jar
[1] to your lib folder?

Thanks,

Hello Ruwan,
ok, I just again tried to build synapse and wso2 esb from trunk. Thanks
for fixing the build issue. It now worked, but the startup problems
remains the same:
2008-05-08 10:16:58,231 [10.35.30.41-berehubert-d1]
[WrapperSimpleAppMain] FATAL ServerManager Startup failed...
java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/wso2/authenticator/Authenticator
I have not authenticator.jar in my web. Please find attached a log from
the maven build started with the following line:
mvn -U clean install
Could you please check whether you have locally modified pom.xml files!
What can I do now? Could you please point me to a JAR-File I can safely
put into my lib directory. I don't like the idea of using an possibly
outdated lib.
Regards,
Eric
PS: Build was done on Windows

Hi Eric,
I am afraid :-( I couldn't reproduce this issue. When I build the esb
authenticator jar was in the lib directory. Can you try the build with
a
-U property. (i.e. mvn clean install -U)
Thanks,
Ruwan

Hi Eric,
You may create a JIRA for this. I will resolve this within three
hours
(once I get to office), since it seems you got this resolved.
Thanks,
Ruwan

Hi all,
after fixing the build issue I tried to start the ESB and got the
following exception:
java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError:

org.wso2.registry.jdbc.realm.RegistryRealm.initialize(RegistryRealm.j

org.wso2.registry.jdbc.realm.RegistryRealm.<init>(RegistryRealm.java:
So it seems as I am missing a runtime dependency to the wso2
commons
authenticator library. I could not find any related lib in my
build.
Most likely not the proper fix, but I copied the version from v5 to
web-inf/lib (authenticator-20080422.091935-2.jar).
Now the server starts up.

Eric
