Hello,

If I would have the opportunity to study a new subject, I would choose
something related to children. I have a Master degree in Economics and I have
worked like an Economist several years. However, five years ago I became a mom
of a wonderful little boy and my whole life's changed.

During my years at the university and later in my work place, I was a motivated
student and an enthusiastic worker. I just found my subject fascinating.
However, when my little boy was born, I found him the best subject of study I
have never imagined.

Another important aspect to study something related to children, is that I
would be able to answer some of the questions I currently have. I would like to
learn more about what happen inside of their  little heads. What they think,
how they react to different factors such a new brother, a divorce, a death and
so forth, how they learn....I am currently reading a book called " The
everything parent's guide to positive discipline". Reading that, I am getting a
professional advice for raising a well-behaved child.

To sump up, I think that this subject is waste enough to spend the rest of my
life learning new and interesting things. Now, I am working with children and I
am really happy. Someone says: "Choose a job you love and you will never have
to work a day in your life"  In my case, it is true.

Regards,
Marina

What the author said:

"If I would have the opportunity to study a subject I do not know yet I would
choose to study the outer space. I have a Bachelor degree in Management and I
like to have the possibilities to work in this field. However, I was always
interested in the space exploration.

I think, it is a very interesting and challenging job to work on a space ship,
gathering different kinds of information, probes and specimens.

Many people think that these kinds of experiments are a waste of money and
time. Nevertheless, I believe that humankind is making steps forward by
domesticating space. We need to know what is beyond our solar system. We need
to know what is beyond our universe.

Another important aspect of studying the space is that scientists are always
about to make new discoveries there and they do them. I think it is a great
feeling to give people new knowledge, opportunities and experience. Scientists
often find  and study new constellations, they launch satellites and monitor
them from land.

When I was a child I collected stamps and cards with a space subject and I
dreamed that someday I would be able to make a flight into an outer space.
However, my plans changed but my dream has not vanished. I believe that in a
few years people will be able to visit the space just like they go to a museum
now.

To sum up, I think  that studying a space would give me self-realization, more
opportunities to grow and more goals to achieve. "

If I could study a subject that i have never had the opportunity to study, I
would study about human brain and mind. during my previous period in B.S. at
university, I was really eager to study about human brain and mind and how it
works.

I like this topic because it's related to my field of studying. I study
computers and as you know, computers were made as a copy of human and It has
always been the great ambition of man to produce a computer that's capable to
do whatever a human beings can do. That we see in Hollywood films as a Robot.

In order to approach this great demand, Its necessary to study how human brain
act.

It's also interesting from another point of view for me. Whenever I do an
action, I think that how I could do this, I know that I intend to do it in my
mind and they i do it, but it's really attractive for me to know how our brain
is connected to different parts of our body.

At the moment, I have started to study a book names "Minds and Computers".

It's a good starting point.

I also like to study biology not in the university but in my free time but i
have never started it yet.
