Hello,

> Q1. When a child kills, who do you think is most responsible? The

I inclined to consider that parents responsible in such situations. I
mean that they can view that something going wrong. I'm refuse thought
that child could kill someone without cause or that he decide it in
one moment.

But parents so busy and work so hard that they haven't time to see it.
It's sad.

> Q2. Are there any obvious ways to prevent such horrors? What are they?

I think it's impossible in family where child have care. I don't see
ways to prevent it.

I could only say that our counrty at first place on suicide. Child's
suicide is our main problem.(I didn't find more suitable word.)
