Hello Piotrek,Ed and all the rest,

Such pleasant surprises to see Piotrek being so active and
ambitious!!!:D
I have to say I'm really proud of you as always...

You represented a powerful point regarding advice #8.I can't agree
with you more on that.
It does depend on what "religion" means to each individual.
I may not go to church or temple but I believe in most of all the
virtues and values I was taught and the higher intelligence among us
which guides us through difficult times...

I aslo share Oshiro,Mikhail and your point when it comes to dealing
with friends' or close ties' depression.
If you yourself haven't such problems or such experience helping
anyone else, try not to be too confident to offer your help(like
Obama's famous line:YES,WE CAN! because it doesn't apply in this
situation at all!LOL)
I was so naive and sympathetic towards those who needed therapies that
I got into too deep and ended up being so helplessly depressed
myself.LOL

Sometimes happiness is over-rated,and sometimes it's right in your
backyard. We all just need to learn where's the boundry to adjust your
mind to be happy about what you get or what you have...;)

Nice day to us all,
And Ed,don't over burn-out yourself trying to be all at the same time!
LOL
