Hi John and all, You're right!Shanghai is his 1st destination in China,then Ningpuao (?),Beijing,Gingpuao(?) and another town I can't recall the name...:( He wanted to go to Hangzhou or Suzhou,but failed to find any cheaper hotel rooms available there...Tough luck!;)
We had a very close senior friend who was originally from Hangzhou,but she passed away last January.:( I'm originally from Taiwan,but have been living in Poland with my Polish-born husband and Taiwanese-born children for the last 2.5 years! My husband will be like a fish in the water when he eats Chinese food! LOL He loves all kinds of spicy,stir-fried Chinese/Taiwanese food.As a matter of fact,he's a dare devil when it comes to trying exotic foods! LOL I don't use skype or live chat on Yahoo or Google at all!I'm this old- fashioned type who prefer writing to speaking!:( Still,looking forward to a live chat of the year with you and everyone else here on skype then!!!
