Dear Oshiro, Chya, other members,

Personally, Intuition and feeling are things need to be controlled if
someone wanna be a big man (boss). As I read some books, authors mention
much about the term "Emotional Intelligence". A big man controls easily
their emotion than a sensitive person. They know how to conceal their
feeling and keep a firm attitude in bad situations. I also agree that the
big boss have more talent because they are not be affected by factors
outside and manage everything flexibly.

Oshiro, when I search the Break a leg on Internet, it means "good luck" It's
typically said to the actors before they go out onto stage to perform. Is
this right, Chaya?
