Good morning Simone Oshiro Eckman Mikhail Lucia Jason Pablo Pln Alberto and all,
Simone, what a relif to know you share my view!!!LOL Sometimes,it worries me if I have become too cynical or eccentric comparing to most other normal people!LOL One learns to appreciate life either when it's unbearably light or heavy... Sometimes we feel like crying when we are exhilarated as when in grief, don't we? Oscar Wilde couldn't be insightfully cynical without having experienced all the likable or pitiful qualities of human natures, could he? That's why I think it's harder to be a good comedian or clown because he/she needs to learn to look at life and people from both sides and yet embrace them with a genuine smile!;) Alberto,as an amateur actor,do you agree with me?;) 'Stay hungry, stay foolish,'(anyone who was a member at English Learner's Cafe should know what it means, right?;)) Claire On Sep 15, 4:28 pm, SIMONE AVNISHA <[email protected]> wrote: > very nicely put Claire.Infact I liked all d quotes of O.Wilde u've posted > here. One thing which cannot be overlooked s dat dey surely do brought a > smile .As he s a writer known for his cynical n satarical comedy dat was his > main line of work isn't it??? creating humour in a satarical way, just one > more way of bringing smile to lips.we shuld try to njoy his works in d > unique way of his. > > regards, > Simone. > > On Tue, Sep 15, 2009 at 7:09 PM, Rafael Oshiro <[email protected]>wrote: > > > > > > > Hello Claire, Alberto, Pln, Chaya, Jason C, Simone and all > > > Yeah, Claire, Alberto's post is interesting because he makes a comparison > > between two very different worlds and it's funny when he said that the > > intersection between them is tragical LOL.
