Hello Pln, Jason, Renzo, Jun, Eckman, Hani and all

I still doubt whether drinking alcohol in workplace is good or not. Maybe
drinking within a limit may be good but I believe it's quite hard to impose
a limit. I agree with you that drinking in special events, happy hours or
something related to that is benefic because employees can have fun with
each other and warm their relationships in daily basis. It boost their
motivation.

When it comes to allowing another drugs or smoking, I don't think that
giving permission to drink can lead to permit employees to do drugs or
smoke. Recently it has been approved a state law that prohibits people from
smoking in closed places such as bars, malls, stores and so forth. Many
opinion polls say even smokers approved that law, knowing that the smoke can
cause some damage to non-smokers.

If I had a company I wouldn't let my employees to drink while working unless
I knew they know how much they are allowed to. All in all, it's impossible
to deal with people we don't know deeply.

Have a nice weekend Pln and everybody!
Oshiro
