Posting status updates now works, with a small caveat- the message is sent asynchronously, so the API doesn't wait for the answer which id the created message has. As a result clients might have problems displaying new messages posted from their own interface- it's possible that some messages seemingly disappear and some seem to be posted twice. Check web interface to ascertain that all is OK.
I'll see how I can best fix this problem.
