I just committed tons of files after extracting the static texts into resource files.
If you see sattic text that is still in the code any where (I might have missed something) then please put it in the resource files. Maybe add a comment to the Jira item If you are checking something in, please make sure that that there are no static texts included. If people want to start / continue translating the texts, just add the resource files to ESME-40. D.
