Mrinal (and all),

When it comes to details of the design (fonts and logos) we can just change this ourselves later.

Hi Anne,

I like #2 better .. its more light weight.
The grey/blue backgrounds in #1 make it feel a little heavy

As Ethan mentioned the type is a little off ... bigger size and
increased letter spacing could help.
I'd suggest
http://www.codestyle.org/servlets/FontStack?generic=sans-serif&stack=Lucida%2BSans%252CLucida%2BGrande%252CLucida&font-size=large
(see after the selection dropdowns) The font stack builder is a handy
tool to try different combinations

I also liked our old logo choice better ... using alternating colored
dots gave an abstract feel of people connected in a network .. which
is lost if we use the same dots.

So far four like #2 and three #1.

I would actually like to see a mix of the two.
I really like the top half of #2, but like the bottom half and the section
below the sign on element of #1 better.

These templates are also just suggestions, so please feel free to say what
you like/don't like.
We haven't finalized the look and feeling yet.
I will however set a deadline for this tomorrow morning, as I would like to
finish the design as fast as possible.

Seems the opinion is split.
