It most likely /isn't/ stuck - boot up messages will be on the graphical console instead of the text console. You can use virt-viewer to access the graphical console
Is there an rpm for virt-viewer available for RHEL 5 ? I am seeing them for Fedora but not RHEL - or a src rpm or something similar?
