Hi, If you try to run the Text2pcap and get “inconsistent offset error. Expecting F, got 20 (or similar), and if you are really frustrated after counting again and again your bytes, simply add a space at the end of each line in your ASCII file.
After wasting a lot of time, I found out that the end of line (CR) is not recognized by the program, that must have a space at the end of a line. Should be fixed by recognizing the CR. Thanks to Torsten Schlabach who gave me the hint to try a space (Torsten used /n preceded by a space, but the space is sufficient!).
