When I tested with som captures I had today with 0.9.16 version I get "?" for all Signal elements. There is one capture here. http://www.ethereal.com/lists/ethereal-users/200310/msg00067.html When trying with H.323-plugin I get digits and characters. I'm quite sure that I didn't get "?" when I made the patch for the other problem with Signal element in beginning of October.
