If they are, they should:
select "Edit" from the "Preferences" menu;
open up the "Protocols" list in the left-hand pane;
select "ASN1" from the list under "Protocols";
change the "ASN.1 type table file:" entry either to be
C:\Program Files\Ethereal\asn1\default.tt
(using backslashes uniformly), or just make it blank;
click "Save";
click "OK".
