Dear helper

Sometimes in a couple of hours or more we receive this messages in

the syslog :

Apr 7 07:31:33 (none) kernel: EtherCAT 0: Domain 0: Working counter changed to 0/113.

Apr 7 07:31:33 (none) kernel: EtherCAT DEBUG 0: Skipping datagram ffff8802111b8828 (state=FRMW node=1 mem=0x0910 size=4)

Apr 7 07:31:33 (none) kernel: EtherCAT DEBUG 0: Skipping datagram ffff88020dc77b40 (state=LRW log=0x00000000 size=1436)

Apr 7 07:31:33 (none) kernel: EtherCAT DEBUG 0: UNMATCHED datagram:

Apr 7 07:31:33 (none) kernel: EtherCAT DEBUG: 0E A5 01 00 10 09 04 80 00 00 2A AE 91 1B 32 00

Apr 7 07:31:33 (none) kernel: EtherCAT DEBUG 0: UNMATCHED datagram:

Apr 7 07:31:33 (none) kernel: EtherCAT DEBUG: 0C A6 00 00 00 00 9C 85 00 00 02 00 00 00 00 00

And after :

Apr 7 07:31:33 (none) kernel: EtherCAT DEBUG: dropped 1193 bytes

followed by dumped data and then :

Apr 7 07:31:34 (none) kernel: EtherCAT WARNING: Datagram ffff88020dc77b40 (domain0-0) was SKIPPED 1 time.

here Restart the correct Working counter...

Apr 7 07:31:34 (none) kernel: EtherCAT 0: Domain 0: Working counter changed to 113/113.

Any Idea what it means ?

Is the polling time sometimes too short ?

Best Regards

Pierfrancesco Tateo
