Log:
Extracted -[ETBasicItemStyle render:layoutItem:dirtyRect:] into two new
methods.
Enhanced existing code to draw a way more pretty selection indicator (light
gray
interior, dark gray border), instead of the boring blue square that was playing
this role until then.
