Log:
Tried to fix the selection drawing on GNUstep. The selection was wrongly opaque
and missing an outline. Worked around many small differences between Cocoa and
GNUstep (see all the FIXMEs). With GNUstep, the outline border of the selection
isn't drawn as well aligned on the pixel boundaries as Cocoa does, no idea
why...
