Log:
Turned -convertRectTo/FromWidgetBackendScreenBase: into class methods and
exposed them in ETWindowItem.h.
Removed incorrect and duplicated code in -[ETEvent location] by using
+convertRectToWidgetBackendScreenBase:, in order to get the right adjusted
point when the window layer frame doesn't match the screen frame.
Now all tests broken by r5891 on GNUstep pass again.
