Log:
Improved +convertRectTo/FromWidgetBackendScreenBase: to take in account the
window layer might have a non-zero origin (in screen base coordinates).
Tweaked -testHitTestInWindowLayer to use a non-zero menu bar height. Test at
line 210 now pass on Mac OS X.
