The idea is to use GNUstep and remove WINGs because they are
redundant.
The main functions should not change.
The plan is to use GNUstep user defaults, notification, property list,
and most of the user interface.
The core will probably stay in C.

Looks like a welcome solution to the never solved GNUstep-well-
playing-WM issue.
If people found it interesting, I can put it in Etoile SVN.
