  No, a new one linked from the page you refer (not created yet).
  It will be just like the release note of GNUstep,
  including a brief introduction, a section of what's new, how to get it, etc.
  Instead of having release note in each project,
  a single note containing all projects is better for users to read.
  It is similiar to the release note of gnome and kde.
  All the projects are covered under the name of Etoile.
  The advantage of using wiki is that we can start to put things on it.
  By the time we make a release, the document is ready to go.
