For example,

1. Load file
2. Press Ctrl-Space
3. Go to end of file
4. Press Ctrl-Alt-\ to reindent the entire file

When enetring code Ctrl-j will open new line and indent it.  Pressing
TAB will indent current line.

You might find that xml file editing with nXml in emacs is really nice.

Makefiles are easy to edit.  If you don't start command with the tab
it will be highlighted as an error.

To enable Objective-C for *.h files make sure that first line starts
like this:

/* -*- Mode: objc -*- */
normal content goes here...
