Why that? I used to use trac in my former company for years, we even developed our own plugins for it. I simply cannot remember anything that would support your views. I found the concept of interlinking a bugtracker with a wiki and simple project management tools extremely productive in daily use. As I heard other tools now provide more or less similar functionality (people mention Redmine in this context), but something based on this concept would IMO be extremely good for a project like Etoile.
