Hey, I chatted with Quentin and David on SILC earlier this week about plans for the next release.
I proposed that instead of doing a full Étoilé release, we'll release 3 components: EtoileFoundation, EtoileUI, and LanguageKit, because these are what we've done the most work on over the last year. My hope is that releasing these separately will interest developers more, and avoid creating false expectations of having a complete desktop ready to try by labelling it as an Étoilé release. We can do a bit of marketing for these frameworks since they're really cool on their own merit, and since we now have XCode projects for these components, hopefully we can interest some Mac develoeprs too.
