In the event of any failed criteria, once the above searches for better
copies have been conducted, and we are satisified no better copy exists, the
seed goes to vote on egroups. a minimum of 10 people must vote, and the
majority decides whether it gets labeled as dank or gets rejected. All
relavent discussion and comments on the dankness of the seed will be
included in the .dnk file


which answers Pete's bathroom recording question. Yes, it could be 
dankified.
