Great link Lucas - saw that a week or so ago.. lol

I actually emailed the web gang at phish.com ove this very debate a few
weeks ago, to no response.  The way it would be interpreted by the average
reader, which I may be, seems to mirror the Dead's policy:  you can still
trade shows that have been officially released by the band, as long as they
are not copies of the ACTUAL source released by the band.  Audience
recordings (assuming that's not Phish's source - imagine if THAT ever
happened! lol) are ok.  Phish adds the download part to this, implying that
snail mail trades are still encouraged.  I'm not so up on the Dead's policy,
but I'm pretty careful about my Phish.
