Good point Andrew, however, this is a music list and I'm assuming we should limit our discussions to that topic. Both of you guys make excellent points. I say if you don't know the basics (burning data & audio discs, internet basics, netiquette, etc.) do your research and then come back. I consider eTree a more advanced discussion list than your average Yahoo Groups list and, like it or not, not very newbie friendly. We were all newbies once and we all learned by lurking, reading, and researching...at least I did. So if you haven't mastered the art of burning a disc and you don't know the difference between TAO and DAO, then learn!
I'm not on a high horse and I'm not flaming anyone... Oh yeah...that SYF graphic thing was a HUGE WOB and WOSpace. It's not Napster. Read, lurk, >learn. *Then* post. Please don't waste ELEVEN THOUSAND PEOPLE'S TIME >posting questions about how you can burn CDs! We're here to trade tunes. >We're not here to tell you how a computer works. ><snip> > >Get off of your high horse, sure that may be a simple task to you me and >most others but I don't see you or anyone else complaining about posts >that ask other computer related questions like "What type of personal >firewall should I use?" Or "I can't get my Linksys router to work >someone please help me" Those are just as simple of things and I see >posts about those type of things all the time. > >Andrew >_______________________________________________ >etree mailing list <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> >http://mail.etree.org/mailman/listinfo/etree _______________________________________________ etree mailing list <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> http://mail.etree.org/mailman/listinfo/etree
