I agree, when some one asks me a "silly" or "Newbie" questions, I simply refer them to http://etree.org/faq.html and tell them to read read read until they understand because it would take 100 f**ing emails to explain.
Let them learn it themselves....... But be kind and patient, remember, you had to start somewhere too! Be a teacher, not a hoarder of information and shns. It's all about sharing remember?
