i don't really know what the "rules"  are here but i think that
piggybacking _any_ commercial communications (including letterhead) on a
product that a band could theoretically sell but is giving away for
nothing is a predatory practice ... it seems to me that by associating
your commercial enterprise in _any_ way with a band's product you are
creating an association between your company and the band that is probably
not welcomed by any of the bands that are taper-friendly
