Currently I am working my way towards law school and recently read a
case regarding the inclusion of advertising and political materials in
packages which may or may not concern the receiver of the package. Long
story short, it was concluded that since it was easy for someone to
throw the material away, as long as the material is not grotesquely
offensive it may be included. If you want more info on the case I am
happy to look it up.

Regards,

Jonny

Also, now that we've opened this whole can of worms, what if I have the
mail
guy at my company run my outgoing package through the postage meter? I
mean, strictly it isn't advertising or commercial, but I would be using
stolen postage from a corporate giant to spread etree music. Surely
that is
very, very wrong.

What I plan on doing, just to be sure I adhere to every band's policy,
is
every time I do a trade or a B&P, I'm going to jab myself in the eye
with a
pencil. Because you can never be too careful, and that way, I figure,
I'm
covered.
