Kodak CDR's were made by Kodak Japan. The discs were made in Japan. If you still want some, Wegmans (another company out of Rochester, NY) always seems to have them, in jewel cases, 10 for 5USD.
Sidenote: Kodak isn't doing as well as they'd like to be, they are trying to cut costs and raise profits.
