Mathew,
My first attempt to download the RH6.1 iso image from your site failed after 3+
hours. I tried again and got a "permission denied" error.
So, I tried the site that Dennis posted to our list:
f anyone's got the bandwidth, you can get it at:
ftp://limestone.uoregon.edu/pub/Linux/distributions/
and after several failures; downloaded the whole thing. And I was able to use the
OEM Easy CD Creator to burn a CD-R from the iso image file.
I'll bring an extra copy to Stan's place this Thursday, but Rob probably has
already done that by now.
Do you think any 486ers want to try this?
