I don't know much about the details, but my brain is stinging with the
notion that there's some diagnostics that can be run in software to
evaluate not only what speed they're really getting, but error rate info,
etc... Complaints of slowness are on point-to-point connections only??
I use T1 and damn the internet isn't as fast as my connection!!
