I found a used laser printer at St. Vini's that I thought would be useful for my linux system. It's a TI microwriter which has Laserjet II emulation mode. I used the webmin interface to startup the printer on /dev/lpo. I can copy a file to the port but it truncates the lines and sometimes cascades the lines. When I use lpr to the assigned device name (HPII), it goes to the printer but all I get is a black smudge on the edge of the paper. Any ideas of what I can do to make it work? Thanks, Steve
